PAIH's presence at the European Economic Congress
On the 25-27th of April in Katowice the XIV European Economic Congress took place. This year's ECG was attended by over 8.5 thousand participants. The event gathered representatives of the public and private sectors. The panels were attended by leaders of the world of business and politics from Poland and the world. On behalf of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, the Congress was attended by the Chairman Krzysztof Drynda and PAIH Board Member Grzegorz Słomkowski.

... XV Polish-Ukrainian Business Days
The XV Polish-Ukrainian Business Days took place in Warsaw. The main topic of the event was how to help Ukraine during the war and in reconstruction after its end. During the Forum, a memorandum of cooperation was signed as part of the delivery of humanitarian aid to Ukraine through the railway terminal in Dorohusk. The organizers of the Forum were the Association of Ukrainian Business in Poland and the EUCON Legal Group. The Polish Investment and Trade Agency was a co-organizer and patronage over the event was taken by the Ministry of Development and Technology and the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland.

On March 31, the 11th edition of the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) ended. The event brought together representatives of the public and private sectors from around the world, including Poland. Krzysztof Drynda during the XV Polish-Ukrainian Business Days
In the EU, Poland is the leader in the supply of products to Ukraine. As PAIH, we are committed to helping. We have opened a coworking space for Ukrainian companies so that they can carry out their activities in peace. Together with the Government of Ukraine, we are launching further initiatives. We have many positive signals from Polish entrepreneurs regarding the reconstruction of Ukraine. This is a great challenge that will require coordination on the part of the State and investment decisions of Polish entrepreneurs.

Poland has a stable economy, a large labour market, well-developed infrastructure, a high credit ranking and many other advantages that together provide entrepreneurs with good conditions for development. As a State, we also take numerous steps to maintain a good investment climate. We have, other things, a number of incentives and instruments supporting the development of investments in our country.

Polish-Italian talks in Rome on economic cooperation
A series of meetings with key representatives of the Italian State administration and the business world were attended by representatives of key institutions from Poland, including Deputy Minister of Development and Technology Grzegorz Piechowiak and Chairman of PAIH’s Management Board Krzysztof Drynda.
Virtual Hydrogen Fair and Industry Conference - summary
On 6 and 7th April, events devoted to the prospects of the hydrogen industry in Poland were held. The two-day industry conference began with speeches by the Chairman of PAIH’s Management Board Krzysztof Drynda and the Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment Adam Guibourgé-Czetwertyński.
PAIH organized an economic mission in Sofia for companies from the railway industry
The Foreign Trade Office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in Sofia, on the initiative of Polish companies from the railway infrastructure sector, organized an economic mission on 7-8th April 2022. The mission was chaired by Zdzisław Sokal, Deputy Chairman and Member of the Management Board of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.
PAIH - Gorzów Wielkopolski Agreement
On 14th April, the Chairman of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency Krzysztof Drynda and PAIH Management Board Member Grzegorz Słomkowski and the President of Gorzów Wielkopolski Jacek Wójcicki signed a Cooperation Agreement. The aim of this agreement is to increase the chances of Gorzów Wielkopolski to attract investors.
Trade and science mission in Chile and Argentina and participation in FIDAE 2022
On April 5-15th, 2022, a trade and scientific mission of Polish companies to Chile and Argentina took place. Entrepreneurs from Poland participated in the international trade fair dedicated to the space and aviation sector FIDAE 2022 and in the Space Industry Day organized at the Embassy in Buenos Aires.
PAIH - AHK Poland Agreement
On the 26th April this year, the Chairman of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency Krzysztof Drynda and PAIH Management Board Member Grzegorz Słomkowski and the General Director of the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Polska) Dr. Lars Gutheil signed a cooperation agreement.

The aim of the Competition is to select 50 innovative companies offering innovative solutions and products. Participation in SLINGSHOT 2022 is an opportunity to establish business contacts and appear on the Singapore market. The winning companies will also be invited to the Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology conference. The trip to Singapore and participation in SWITCH 2022 will be fully financed by the organizers of the Competition. The total prize pool is USD 800,000 US.
