PAIH customers satisfied with the quality of the service

The survey of customer satisfaction provided by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) conducted by Kantar Millward Brown shows that the Agency is a key partner for investors in the process of preparation and implementation of investments, fast in action and professional in providing support. - The study proves that by professionalization of our activities, we have managed to create a strong base of services which quality is appreciated by our clients. As a result, the number of projects in the Agency's portfolio is consistently growing year by year, also being enriched with more and more technologically advanced investments - notes the PAIH Vice President Dr. Krzysztof Senger.

The survey  covered three areas of activity provided by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency - first contact, investment project management and general evaluation of the Agency's work. All aspects of PAIH's activity gained the advantage of positive ratings. The respondents consider the Agency's support to be in line with their expectations, which is why they unanimously declared (100% of responses) that they would recommend cooperation with the Agency to other investors.

Interestingly, Polish investors particularly appreciated PAIH's mediation in dealing with foreign institutions, such as offices, embassies, diplomatic missions or PAIH organizational equivalents operating on foreign markets. In turn, entrepreneurs planning investments in Poland praised the preparation of location visits, assistance in obtaining subsidies or support in contacts with local authorities. Very good grades were also collected by the content available on the www.paih.gov.pl website. In the opinion of almost all investors surveyed (94%), the website contains key information for companies that plan to implement investment projects in Poland. - The fact that investors have recognized the Agency as a very professional business partner is a cause for pride, but also gives an impulse for further professionalization of our services based on the best global standards - emphasizes the director of the Foreign Investment Department, Iwona Chojnowska-Haponik.

The "Customer Satisfaction of PAIH" survey consisted of telephone (CATI) and in-depth (IDI) questionnaires of investors who completed their investments in Poland or abroad with the help of PAIH.
