PAIH nominated for MP Power Award for organising Hannover Messe 2017 opening ceremony

Meeting Planner Power Awards has been the first event competition in Poland. Its objective is to distinguish the best events and projects related to marketing as well as event venues, additionally, it awards the best experts. Consequently, MP Power Awards comprises of three parts: MP Power Project, MP Power Venue and MP Power 12.
PAIH was nominated in the MP Power Project category. According to the organisers, MP Power Project is “a competition of effectiveness, creation, the way of carrying a project out and their innovativeness.” The Agency competes with Allegro Agency (arrangement of 24h CodING hackathon for IGN Bank ¦l±ski and ING Services Polska) and Testa Communications (Volvo Car Night Market for Volvo Car Polska).

PAIH organised the opening ceremony of Hannover Messe 2017 by its own. The unique spectacle of Polish young artists opened the world’s biggest industrial trade show was attended by German chancellor Angela Merkel, then Polish PM Beata Szydło, deputy ministers Mateusz Morawiecki and Jarosław Gowin as well as the members of the Board of PAIH, Tomasz Pisula and Wojciech Fedko. Poland was official Partner Country of Hannover Messe 2017, hence it was the first country to open its national stand for the public.

“Hannover Messe is the most important industrial fair in the world. It is an honor to be a Partner Country of the show, so is the preparation of the opening ceremony of the entire trade fairs. I’m glad that this challenging spectacle amused the audience. We proved that Poland is a  technologically advanced country and good organizer”, Tomasz Pisula, president of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency points out.

The MP Power Awards gala takes place March 23.
