- Israel is a strategic partner of Poland in the Middle East region. Although small, but very dynamic Israeli market is one of the most promising directions for the Polish foreign expansion - the Minister of Enterprise and Technology, Jadwiga Emilewicz pointed, while opening workshops for Polish companies from the cosmetics and food sectors.
As emphasized by the president of PAIH, Tomasz Pisula, it is food and cosmetics that are the most promising sectors of Polish-Israeli cooperation. - Israel likes Polish brands, especially sweets and cosmetics. Israeli consumers value them for the good quality - he added.
- We have already supported over three hundred inquiries of entrepreneurs, including about 50 from Israel - said the head of the PAIH Foreign Trade Office in Israel, Zofia Nojszewska. – The most of the inquires comes from the cosmetics and food sector, but the market is also interested in technology companies, mainly IT.
On the other hand, Poland attracts the attention of Israeli industrial producers who want to transfer production to us. We work with several potential investors, including the food and chemical sectors, currently finalizing their entry into the Polish market. Elroy Knebel, president of the board at the Polish-Israeli Chamber of Commerce, confirms the high attractiveness of Poland for Israeli companies. - Poland offers good conditions for the development of Israeli innovative companies that can benefit from access to grants for innovation by conducting research and development activities on the Polish market - says Knebel.
The seminar "Expansion into the Israeli market in practice" took place on May 10 in Warsaw at the headquarters of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.
