30th OSCE Economic and Environmental Forum
The 30th edition of the OSCE Economic and Environmental Forum was held in Vienna on the 14th and 15th of February. The theme of this year's meeting was the sustained economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic. Poland was represented, among others, by Grzegorz Słomkowski, Member of PAIH’s Management Board. During his speech, he drew attention to the various changes that are a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

... and the Economic Forum "A Strong Poland, A Strong Economy"
On February 17th, an economic conference organized by the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone was held in Gorzów. The aim of the initiative was to promote the instruments available for supporting economic development and establish contacts between interested parties. The Polish Investment and Trade Agency was represented by Grzegorz Słomkowski, Member of PAIH’s Management Board.

... and a Meeting of between the Ministry of Development and Technology, PAIH and the International Council of Investors of the UAE (UAE IIC)
On February 17, a meeting of representatives of MD&T, PAIH and UAE IIC took place, during which the Polish Investment and Trade Agency presented programs available for supporting foreign investments in Poland. The online talks ended with a confirmation of the willingness of the Emirati side to participate in the Polish-African Economic Forum and the Polish side in the annual meeting of investors in Dubai.

Representatives of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency participated in the Polish-Senegalese economic roundtable. The meeting was part of the trade mission of Polish companies which was organized on February 24, 2022 in Dakar. The event allowed for the presentation of Polish cooperation projects, both in the bilateral and all-African context.

Investment Climate Survey in Poland - 13th edition
The Polish Investment and Trade Agency together with Grant Thornton invite you to take part in the next edition of the Investment Climate Survey in Poland. The survey aims to get to know the opinion of companies with foreign capital on the factors affecting the conditions for starting and conducting business in our country. Sustained economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic
- The impact of the pandemic has been rapid and severe, but there seems to be a similarly rapid rebound. Unfortunately, Covid-19 is not our only problem, other things are not disappearing simply because of the pandemic. Often it is quite the opposite, the problems intensify. That is why it is so important for public agencies and institutions to work with the private sector to create a fair ecosystem that will facilitate the development of companies and support entrepreneurship. - said PAIH’s Board Member Grzegorz Słomkowski, during the 30th OSCE Economic and Environmental Forum.
Polish-Senegalese economic round table
- Our meeting today is the best proof of the importance of the Polish-Senegalese partnership. We see great potential for the development of our mutual economic relations. Especially since they have been at such a good level for many years. Ecological construction solutions from Poland are conquering the EU market
SADDAR, a company specializing in the production of ecological building elements, has signed a contract with a distributor in France. In March this year, the Polish brand’s products will be delivered to French Brico Marche stores.
Expanded cereals from Poland are conquering Portugal
Thanks to the support of PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Lisbon, the Polish producer of expanded cereals, Soligrano, began cooperation with a leading trade partner in the health food segment in Portugal.

The Polish-African Economic Forum is another international event organized as part of Poland’s economic program at the World Exhibition Expo 2020 Dubai.
The meeting will be a platform to strengthen Polish-African ties in order to build a friendly business environment and deepen economic relations between the countries. The main goal of the Forum is to present Polish achievements, know-how and technologies, as well as to provide opportunities to establish cooperation with economic partners from African countries. The event will be attended by representatives of State delegations and entrepreneurs from Poland, Africa and the Middle East. More information and registration form available on the expo.gov.pl.
The Forum's partners and the Strategic Partners of the Polish Pavilion are PKN ORLEN and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego BGK.
