Solec Kujawski is a town and commune of 16 thousand inhabitants, located in the central part of Poland and Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, on the left bank of Vistula, between Bydgoszcz (20 km) and Torun (35 km).
The area designated for investments in the industrial park covers ca. 68.0 ha. The 1st stage of the Industrial Park was implemented on the area of 36.3 ha and developed by the end of 2006. 16 companies operates in this part of the Park.
Location
The Industrial Park in Solec Kujawski is located directly by the national road S-10 (Szczecin - Warszawa). It is 30 km away from the A1 motorway and 20 km from the S5 road. On the North it is bordered by the railway track Piła - Bydgoszcz - Toruń - Warszawa. A distance to the airports is: Bydgoszcz 18 km, Poznań 150 km, Gdańsk 180 km.
Short distances and favourable connections to the largest cities in the voivodeship facilitate access to the extensive labour market.
Industrial Park’s offer:
The grounds are owned by Solec Kujawski Commune, with an approved local land development plan. It is a flat ground of good geological parameters. All offered investment areas are located at communication routes and provided with a complete technical infrastructure: water supply system, sewage and drainage system, MV and LV power supply, medium pressure gas line, communication network. Lots are determined according to investor’s needs, provided a minimum lot surface area is 0.5 ha. The owner of the grounds - Solec Kujawski Commune, has many years of experience in professional servicing for investors. Property tax exemptions. At the Industrial Park, operates the Regional Enterprise Centre (Regionalne Centrum Przedsiębiorczości Sp. z o.o.), providing trainings, skills improvement courses, and counselling on obtaining EU funds, to the companies operating in the Park. Companies serving business development operate at the Park.
These are companies from industries such as metal and plastics processing, natural stone, coated papers, furniture production, automotive industry, as well as providing logistics and other services.
Companies are offering counselling services, management of innovative projects, developing strategies for companies, preparing applications for EU funds. They also offer logistics, shipment and transport services, design, construction of machines and appliances for machine industry, design and production of industrial automated systems and production of plastics. Furthermore, these companies provide services including: servicing of work clothes, physical protection of persons and property, and cleaning services.
